I photograph families with softness, with joy, and with space to just be. No forced smiles. No perfect poses. Just the golden, fleeting magic of your real life.
Hi there!
Today, I have food poisoning. As I drove home and cried from the pain, I began to remember close to five years ago. Five years ago, I got home and curled up on the couch. I whined, I cried, and made shivering noises. My sister, Ish-shah, at the time was seventeen or eighteen, so somewhere in the background was a show in between Keeping Up With The Kardashians or 1000 Ways To Die.
The point I’m trying to make is how significant that day is to me. My sister picked up my drugs, gave me the little food I could keep down, and kept my feet warm throughout the evening. So today, I want to send her some cyber love and a big thank you.
